Our Pastor

Rev. Remille Marquette Faulkner is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. Born to Mr. and Mrs. Washington Faulkner, Jr., he is the eldest of three children. He accepted Christ at the age of eight and has always believed that God had ordained him to preach the gospel.

He is a third generation preacher/pastor who accepted his call to preach at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Memphis, TN, January 1989. He served under the leadership of his pastor and grandfather, Rev. R. L. Leaks, Sr. for many years.

Rev. Faulkner matriculated at the Tennessee School of Religion in Memphis, TN, American Baptist Theological Seminary in Nashville, TN, and Crichton College (Pastoral Institute) in Memphis, TN.

His membership has been with the New Salem Missionary Baptist Church, in Memphis, TN, under the leadership of Dr. Frank E. Ray, Sr., where he served as an Associate Minister and Sunday School teacher. He is an instructor for the Frank E. Ray Expository Preaching and Teaching Church Growth Conference. He is an active member of the Memphis Baptist Ministerial Association. He has also been blessed to facilitate many revivals, seminars and conferences across the country.

He is blessed to be married to the lovely Mrs. Tiffany Faulkner. He is the proud father of two children, Tikeva Cherecee and Nehemiah Marquette.

Rev. Faulkner believes God has uniquely skilled and gifted him to preach/pastor to the 21st century church. God has also given him divine revelation and knowledge to preach the Word, encourage and inspire both the young and the old. He sincerely believes God has called him to the office of Preacher/Pastor, Teacher and Evangelist for the perfecting of the saints, the work of the ministry and the edifying of the body of Christ. He is thankful to God for every experience he has encountered in life, as well as every storm he has endured. His experiences have equipped him to know that he is a man of God, with a vision from God, for the people of God.
